Return & Refund Policy – TwentyGadget

At TwentyGadget, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

📅 Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

📦 Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Items that are used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Products without original packaging

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

🔁 Return Process

To start a return:

Contact our support team at support@twentygadget.com

Provide your order number and reason for return

Our team will review and approve your request

If approved, you will receive return instructions

Ship the product back to the provided address

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 3–7 business days (after approval)

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item) → we cover shipping

If the return is due to customer change of mind → customer pays return shipping

⚠️ Important Notes

Refunds may be rejected if items are not in original condition

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet policy requirements
